Account
Delete your Fradar account and data
You can request deletion whether you used Fradar anonymously or linked Apple or Google sign-in.
Fastest method: inside the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the request. Fradar stops active sharing, revokes active radars you created, removes your memberships and account-access data, permanently removes your remaining in-app credit balance, and signs the device out. A legacy Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, if one exists, is not cancelled automatically.
If you cannot access the app
Email the privacy team from the address linked to your Apple or Google identity. Anonymous accounts cannot always be matched after the app or device data has been erased. Never send a password, refresh token, purchase token, or full transaction receipt.
What is deleted
Active radar memberships, temporary profile data, active location and proximity data, push tokens, linked referral profile, authentication access, and any remaining in-app credit balance are deleted or anonymized. Credits removed during account deletion cannot be restored for product use. Radars already expired are normally removed automatically within the short retention window described in the Privacy Policy.
What may be retained
Minimum purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, dispute, and accounting records may be retained when required to honor purchases, store refunds, or legal rights. For a linked account, Fradar may also retain a keyed proof of the Apple or Google identity so an eligible historical purchase or legacy entitlement can be reconciled after account recreation only by the same identity. Raw provider identifiers and emails are not stored in that recovery record. Retained records are restricted from normal product use and removed when the applicable obligation ends.
Timing
In-app deletion begins immediately. Email requests are verified and completed within the period required by applicable law. We may ask for limited information to prevent deletion of another person's account.
